1.The one that was the hardest to create was the craked face. The many steps in the processes of creating the cracks in the face got me confused along the way and I would need to restart most of the time.
2. The easiest altered portrait to create was the Cyanotype portrait. It was pretty easy to change the image to black and white and add the blue tinge into the photo. There wasn't as much steps to complete for the result.
3. An altered portrait to a viewer can mean adding fliters or a higher brightness. To a photographer an altered portait can mean manipulating the photo in some way to appear different.
4. I will likely create the backlit image becasue I really enjoy the way the light from behind can light up a person and make them glow. I would also want to practice more with it so I can can that type of photography done alitttle better.
5. The historical significant is behind the water colored images because in the past people used to manually add in the colors to a black and white image with color.
6. It is important to learn how to alter portraits because we can development a neew skill we can use in the future.
7. I think all photos should be altered in some way inoreder to better improve the end result.
8. By altering a portrait it allows us to manipulate the image and change the photo anyway anyone would want. You can create and add whatever you please by altering a picture.

1. Blur motion is when you turn the shutter speed lower and have the subject move. This will capture the blurriness of the moving object or subject.
2. I created my images by lowering the shutter speed to at most 100 and had my subject move while I take the photo.
3. In photoshop I didn't do a lot. I adjusted the contrast and brightness. I also added a pink tint to some of them and turned a few black and white.
4. Getting the blur was really difficult to achieve. I managed to get some of the blur for blur motion though. The image was also really bright because the shutter speed was low.
5. Editing was easy because I didn't do much to modify it. I mostly just adjusted the brightness and contrast of the image. It didn't take long at all.

The image is of Isabella standing on the wall. This image uses forced perspective by flipping the photo on its side so it appears she is falling off. I created this image by flipping the photo on its side. The hardest part was trying to get it to look like she is falling off the wall. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image by only having certain aspects shown, what's in focused, and how big the subject is.
The image is of Isabella's side profile with cars driving in the distance. This image uses forced perspective by having it appear she is eating the vehicle. I created this image by placing the subject on the side of the camera with their mouth opened as cars passed by. The hard part was trying to time the car right so half of the vehicle is seen and the other half is covered. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected this image by having a little of the subjects in the photo, what's in focused and how big Isabella appears/ how small the car is.
The image is of a girl standing in the distance with a flower in front of the camera. This photo uses forced perspective by having the flower appear to be apart of the subject's clothing. I created this image by standing the girl in the background and holding up a flower that corresponds with the subject. The hard part was trying to keep the flower still long enough in order to take the photo. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image by limiting watts shown in the photo, how the flower is not in focus and how big the flower appears to be.
The photo is of a girl and a flower outdoors. this image uses forced perspective by having it appear as if the girl is holding a giant flower. I created this image by placing the girl in the background and adding in the flower in front of the camera. The hard part was trying to keep the flower corresponding with the subject's fist. I think the line of sight, depth of field, and distance affected this photo by showing what's behind and the surroundings or the subject, how the flower is not in focus and how big the flower appears to be.
The photo is of Isabella and a trashcan. This image uses forced perspective by having Isabella in the back of the trashcan having it appear she is inside. I created this mage by having Isabella in the background and the trashcan in the foreground in front of her. The hard part was trying to focus both of the subjects. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image by limiting what's in the shot, what is in focus and how small Isabella appears to be.
The image is of Isabella balling her fist and sticking it out outdoors. This image uses force perspective by having it appear as if Isabella is holding a small tree. I created this image by placing Isabella in front of the tree and matching her fist with the tree. The hard part of creating this image is trying to aim the hand and the tree in the right place. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the picture by showing the surroundings, how the background is in focus and how it appears Isabella is holding the tree.
The picture is of a hand in front of the camera and Isabella sitting in the background. This image uses forced perspective by having it appear Isabella is smaller and the hand is larger. I created this image by placing hand in front of the camera on the side of Isabella and had Isabella rain her hand up as well. The hard part was trying to get both subjects in focused. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image by showing a lot of the surroundings and background, the hand and Isabella being in focused and how small Isabella appears to be.
The image is of Isabella sitting at a table indoors. This photo uses forced perspective by having it appear her feet an shoes are much bigger than normal. I created this image by placing the shoes closer to the camera and further away from Isabella. The hard part was trying to make it appear the shoes belonged to her and like she was wearing them. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected this image by showing a minimum of the background, the shoes and Isabella being in focus and how big the shoes look.
The image is of Isabella indoors with her hand in the air. This photo uses forced perspective by having it appear she is bigger and holding onto a celling light. i created this image by linking up her fist with the light. the hard part was trying to get it to look like she is holding onto the light. I think the line of sight, depth of field, and distance affected the image by showing the background, Isabella being in focused and how big Isabella looks to be.
The girl is outside holding a tree. This image uses forced perspective by having it appear the girl is hold a tree. I created this image by placing the girl in front go the tree and having her stick out her hand. The hard part was trying to get the fist and tree to line up. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image by showing the background, the tree and girl being in focus and how smaller the tree seems to be.

The image is of Isabel and a shoe outside. The photo uses forced perspective by having it appear as if Isabella is in the shoe. I created this image by having Isabella sit down in the back and placing a shoe in the front of the camera and Isabella. The hard part was trying to line up Isabella and the opening of the shoe. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image by showing whites behind the subjects, How the shoe is not focused and how Isabella looks small.
the image id go Isabella standing outside with her arm extended. It is also in black and white. The photo uses forced perspective by having it appear Isabella is leaning on the building. I created this image by taking it as a worms eye view and having Isabella extend her arm out. The hard part was trying to get it to appear as she is leaning on the building. I think the line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the photo by showing limited surroundings, what's in focus and how big Isabella is.
The photo is of Isabella indoors with here arm up. This image uses forced perspective by having it seem Isabella is bigger and is holding onto the the pipe on the celling. I created this image by taking it as a worms eye view and having Isabella reach her arm out. The hardest part was trying to line up the fist with the pipe. I think the line sight, depth of field and distance affected the photo by showing limited background space, what's in focused and how big Isabella looks.
The photo is of Isabella and a vending machine inside. This image uses forced perspective by having it appear Isabella is small and leaning on the vending machine. I created this image by having Isabella stand in the background and lean back. The hard part was trying to get both of the subjects in focused. The image is of Isabella sitting on a table inside. This photo uses forced perspective by having it appear she is small sitting on a table. I created this photo by having Isabella sit on a table further away from the other table and then leveled the two tables together. Independent Project Proposal #4

1. The photography I choose has people dressed up as ghosts by using a sheet. I wanted my project to be about ghost but in a more comical way.
2. I am shooting the photos at home with a model wearing a white sheet. A person's face won't be seen in the pictures. However, their eyes may be seen through slits.
3. I will need a person and a sheet. I will have photos taken indoors and as well of outdoors. I want most of the pictures to be indoors though. I want the sun and sunlight to be seen.
4. I am shooting these photos at my house and at the school. The school has more plants and the roads at my house are empty.
5. I wanted to do this type of photography because I was really interested with the movie The Ghost Story. I really enjoyed the movie and was heavily intrigued by trying out different shots like the movie incorporated.
